Welcome to my Chino Hills personal training blog. I am buster the clown, world renowned personal trainer and fitness expert. My love for fitness started when I was just a kid watching acrobats in the circus. What I really loved though was the clowns. I went to the university to study to be a clown and fitness expert. And now I have landed here in beautiful Chino Hills to be a Chino Hills personal trainer.
Buster the Chino Hills Personal Trainer Clown
In the beginning of my clown career it was all fun and slipping on bananas with big shoes. I was an overweight clown. I decided to use my fitness skills I learned at the university to get myself back in shape. I have been able to lose all the weight and become known as the shapliest clown in Chino Hills.
Chino Hills Personal Trainer Jumps Rope to Lose Weight
One of the first things I did was jumping rope. I needed to maintain my nimbleness as a clown just in case my new personal training business didn’t pan out. Jumping rope is a fantastic high impact exercise. All that extra fat I was carrying made it extremely difficult but the workout was amazing.
I continued this as part of my training in Chino Hills. My calves grew to a new amazing size that matched my giant shoes much better really bringing things into proportion and I got a lot of compliments from my friends at the circus.
It was obvious that all this jumping was really doing something tremendous for my physique and I need to do something innovative to bring a new style of training to Chino Hills. Something different than anyone has seen.
Chino Hills Personal Training Gym
The new Chino Hills personal training facility is now up and ready to go. I may not be the first Chino Hills personal trainer to market but I’m going to set myself apart from all the others with my innovative and fun fresh fitness style. There are already some other personal trainers in Chino Hills putting me down and saying I’ll never make it because I’m a clown but I think it’s fair to say that anything is possible. This trainer is always referring to me as “those clowns”, but let it be known I am a 1 clown personal training operation. I wish he would just refer to me as “that clown”.
I will be opening the doors to my new Chino Hills personal training center very soon. I am still having some problems with the gym deflating from getting holes poked in it while training track athletes. I have now asked them to remove their spiked cleats before entering the gym but vandals have now been coming and poking holes in our gym. I am starting to believe that my competition is trying to run me out of Chino Hills. He never did like clowns.
Chino Hills Personal Trainer Grand Opening
Once we figure out how to keep the gym inflated to meet with safety regulations I will have our grand opening. There will be elephants, popcorn, and cotton candy at the event which are all things that I advocate on the clown cheat days diet.
